A brand new role, working with a well-established and growing business based in Brackley, currently seeking a commercially focused and detail-driven Financial Controller to join their senior team.This is a hands-on and varied role with end-to-end responsibility for the finance function. It would suit someone who enjoys working in a small, growing team, is confident in building and improving finance processes, and is keen to have real visibility and impact in the business.About the role:Reporting to the Managing Director, you''ll lead day-to-day finance operations including management accounts, reporting, budgeting and compliance.
