We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our team and undertake a wide range of repairs, maintenance tasks, and defect works across residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, delivering high-quality workmanship, and ensuring a safe and professional service at all times. Key Responsibilities Carry out joinery repairs, including doors, frames, skirting, architraves, flooring, and kitchen components Undertake defect rectification and maintenance tasks to a high standard Complete multi-trade work where required (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, minor tiling) Diagnose issues, identify materials required, and complete work efficiently Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and site regulations Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any further issues Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied properties Company van, pension, accident and sickness cover
