Roles may include:Supporting whole-class learningDelivering small group interventionsProviding 1:1 support for pupils, including those with SENDAssisting with classroom organisation and behaviour managementHelping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentWe have a variety of opportunities available, including day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions.The ideal candidate:Has experience working with children or young people (school or similar setting)Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 1, 2, 3 or 4 - desirable but not essential for some roles)Has experience supporting SEND pupils (desirable)Is patient, caring, and adaptableWorks well independently and as part of a teamHas strong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrates a positive attitude and proactive approachIs committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenWhat you''ll get
