As a crucial part of the production leadership, you will take overall responsibility for your designated department(s), ensuring smooth operations across the weekend shift. Your role will involve coordinating with the Production Manager and other shift managers to meet production targets, maintain product quality standards, and uphold safety and GMP compliance. You will lead and motivate your team to achieve high productivity while minimising waste and downtime.
