The SIA exists to protect the public through effective regulation of the private security industry. Reporting to the Executive Director for Martyn''s Law, you will be responsible for the set-up, mobilisation and strategic leadership of the new Martyn''s Law Guidance and Review regulatory function. This will involve leading the development of accessible regulatory and operational guidance, engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and the regulated community through an outreach programme, and delivering reviews and inspection support to regulate compliance with the Martyn''s Law duty and build trust, confidence and credibility in the new regulator.
