The post St Paul''s Girls'' School is looking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Attendance and Data Officer to oversee all aspects of school registration and attendance. The post holder would will play a key part in ensuring that students are attending school regularly and on time and supporting both students and staff in maintaining excellent attendance. They will work closely with parents, teachers, and school leadership to promote positive attendance habits and address any concerns. Under the direction of the Deputy Head, Director of Pastoral Care, the Attendance and Data Officer will provide timely and relevant information for the Heads of Section and Heads of Year, enabling them to identify and support students promptly, improving attendance, managing and reducing instances of non-attendance.
