Specialising in commercial flooring installations including carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles (Amtico / Karndean), and floor preparation works (e.g. screeding and damp proof membranes) this division delivers high-quality results for supermarkets, NHS projects, public sector contracts, and internal group businesses. Project will range from £2,000 to £80,000. The Role Quantity Surveyor We re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with commercial flooring expertise to oversee cost control, procurement, and contract management. Reporting to the Operational Directors, you ll be responsible for: Monitoring project costs, expenditure, and profit forecasts Managing cost/value reconciliations and subcontractor accounts Procuring subcontract packages and materials Administering JCT and NEC contract types Pricing new projects based on £/ft calculations Supporting Contract and Operations Managers with contractual matters Submitting valuations, final accounts, and retention claims Ensuring cash flow reporting and timely payments Providing input into estimating and future negotiations Delivering consistent cost transparency to clients and internal teams Candidate Profile Ideal for some
