What we need We''re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who: Has previously recruited into food manufacturing / food production / FMCG Understands compliance, onboarding, right to work checks, and GLAA requirements Can build and maintain strong client relationships Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is resilient, organised, direct, and results-driven Key Responsibilities Client Development Win and manage temp accounts within the food manufacturing sector Carry out regular client site visits Act as the day to day relationship lead for GLAA regulated clients Candidate Management Source, register, interview and onboard temporary workers Ensure compliance is fully aligned with GLAA requirements Manage shift rotas, candidate check-ins and weekly timesheets Business Growth Hit KPIs and revenue targets Maximise revenue through margin management Work closely with the Managing Director to grow the division Essential Experience Previous recruitment agency experience (minimum 1 year temp desk) Knowledge of food manufacturin
