We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established operations team based in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-quality environment, handling products across ambient, chilled and frozen areas.

This is a temporary, full-time role (38.75 hours per week) with the potential for overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders to meet targets
• Receiving deliveries and storing goods correctly
• Using inventory systems to log stock
• Following production orders and completing packaging tasks
• Completing GMP paperwork accurately and on time
• Carrying out stock checks, cycle counts and waste management
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Reporting any health & safety or quality concerns
• Working collaboratively as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• Good attention to detail
• IT literate
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude
• GCSE-level Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Comfortable working in ambient, chilled and frozen (-20°C) environments

Desirable:

• Experience in a warehouse, GMP, or regulated environment
