Tradewind is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support children on a 1:1 basis in primary schools across Bedford and the surrounding areas.

These long-term roles involve working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties. You''ll be instrumental in helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally on a 1:1 basis

• A patient, adaptable and empathetic approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with pupils

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
