We-are-hiring-a-hands-on-Senior-HR-Advisor-(Generalist)-to-join-our-client,-a-busy,-fast-paced-operation-based-in-Birmingham.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can confidently advise Managers while keeping the employee experience front and centre.

Key-responsibilities:

• First-line-HR-support-across-ER,-recruitment,-onboarding,-and-performance
• Guiding-managers-through-HR-processes-with-clarity-and-confidence
• Supporting-HR-projects,-policy-updates,-and-engagement-initiatives
• Ensuring-compliance-and-maintaining-accurate-HR-data

The-Successful-Candidate:

• Solid-HR-Generalist-experience
• CIPD-Level-5-or-Equivalent
• A-warm,-engaging-personality-with-the-ability-to-build-rapport-quickly
• Strong-organisational-skills-and-the-ability-to-stay-calm-under-pressure
• A-proactive-mindset-and-a-passion-for-delivering-great-HR-service
• Full-UK-Driving-Licence-(ideal)
