You will be the face of our values, embodying care, dare, and collaboration in every interaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate housing and estate services within a defined geographical area.Act as a customer-facing representative, upholding our values across all tenures.Coordinate both internal and external services to fully support our customers'' diverse needs.Engage in local initiatives and community projects, which may include occasional weekend work.Continuously seek to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.Manage relationships with the Local Authority and other Housing Association partners.Handle customer complaints, estate services, tenancy management, enforcement, and lettings.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must be an essential car user with a valid
