It''s a hands-on role with lots of variety - a perfect opportunity to expand your technical knowledge and gain people management experience.You''ll be involved in:Monitoring crop growth, quality, pests, and diseasesHelping plan and deliver crop husbandry tasks throughout the season.Supporting with irrigation, fertigation, and climate control (PRIVA systems)Assisting in crop forecasting and reportingLearning how to manage biological control programmes and spray schedules.Supervising the growing team day-to-day, ensuring work is carried out to the right standard.Keeping accurate crop and input records for audits and traceabilityWhat You''ll NeedExperience working in commercial soft fruit production.An understanding of crop husbandry, irrigation, or pest/disease managementYou''ll already have your PA1 and PA6.
