Responsibilities

Manage a highly varied clinical caseload and meet service level expectations for a broad range of referrers

Deliver effective, evidence-based, patient-centred assessments and treatments with a focus on high levels of customer service

Use outcome measures to demonstrate treatment effect

Provide evidence-based treatment and management of patients to achieve rapid return to function

Contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with our existing consultant referral pathways

Essential Requirements

Degree in Physiotherapy

Registration with all relevant statutory bodies including the Health Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy

Minimum 2 years'' experience managing a varied caseload of patients

High level of enthusiasm and motivation

Ability to work under pressure

Interpersonal skills to engage and develop strong rapport with colleagues and patients

Openness to learning new knowledge and skills
