Located on the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham campus, the hospital has a deep clinical infrastructure, equipment and facilities and expert, experienced teams to deliver full clinical pathways across a mix of specialties and sub-specialties at all levels of complexity including Cardiology, Cancer, Complex surgery and Orthopaedics. The Harborne Hospital is the 4th NHS partnership within this network, partnering with University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust.Key responsibilities:Perform quality control functions related to mammography.Undertake all administrative duties such as bookings and reporting involved in the Mammography service Utilise and understand the PACS and DR/CR system.Participate in symptomatic breast clinicsCarry out screening mammographyPerform General X-Ray and Fluoroscopy as requiredAssist with ultrasounds including procedures such as biopsies, aspirations, drainages, localisationPerform stereotactic biopsies with consultant breast radiologistsParticipate in shifts for evening breas
