You ll be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and minimising downtime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.Roles and Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery in line with production schedules.Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.Identify and report any faults, inconsistencies, or potential improvements.Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments to optimise performance.Follow health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily targets.Maintain accurate production and quality records. Skills and Experience: Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Proven ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Good understanding of health and safety standards.Reliable, punctual, and p
