Private Client Fee Earner / Solicitor Location: Portsmouth Salary: £35,000 £55,000 per annum An exiting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing law firm in Portsmouth as part of their expanding Private Client team. We are seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner or a Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to handle a broad caseload of wills, probate, trusts and estate planning. Responsibility You will be responsible for: Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to completion. Drafting and advising on wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration. Handling probate applications and associated tax considerations. Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients, with a focus on excellent client service. Attending clients of the Firm on a regular basis, building strong long-term relationships. Maintaining accurate records using the firm s case management system. About You You will have at least 3 years PQE as a Solicitor in Private Client law, or be an experienced Legal Executive / Fee Earner with a proven track record. Solid technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning. A client-focused approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
