EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager

We focus on operational efficiency, business impact, and enablement.About the roleAs the EMEA and APJ Senior Marketing Project Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM, Global Strategic Delivery Office, you will manage complex regional campaigns, programs, and global projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams and handle multiple integrated marketing programs across EMEA and APJ regions. Your deep understanding of B2B marketing will ensure the successful orchestration of integrated campaigns, delivering high-quality customer experiences. Please note, extended hours may be required to accommodate both EMEA and APJ time zones.RESPONSIBILITIES:Own the full lifecycle of integrated marketing program delivery—from planning through execution, activation, and closure.Develop detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status updates, supporting successful project delivery such as campaign assets, graphics, copywriting, print collateral, website updates, content migrations, and digital assets.Partner with Regional Integrated Marketing stakeholders to document and communicate program kickoff outcomes.Schedule and facilitate regular program status meetings, set agendas, highlight milestones, resolve issues, and maintain action logs. Summarize and communicate meeting outcomes.Manage project scope by assessing requirement changes, determining impacts on timelines and risks, and communicating these to stakeholders.Hold regular coordination meetings with execution teams to ensure priorities are clear, issues are addressed, and efforts are aligned.Maintain communication with all stakeholders to ensure inter-departmental alignment, resource optimization, smooth handoffs, and program consistency.Monitor progress, manage handoffs, and oversee the status of deliverables.Conduct post-project audits to identify improvements and implement process changes.Provide strategic delivery expertise to regional marketing teams.REQUIRED BACKGROUND/SKILLS:8+ years of B2B marketing experience with proven project management of complex programs; PMP certification preferred.Experience in a multinational corporate environment is essential; agency experience is a plus.Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software marketing is advantageous.Proficiency in project management and AI tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, GSuite, Slack).Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously.Proven leadership in managing cross-functional, virtual teams.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to generate solutions and improve processes.Experience in mapping and managing business processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and assertive.Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Enthusiastic, deadline-driven team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.*This role is open for a limited time.
