Our client SNRG develops, builds, and operates integrated energy systems combining rooftop solar, battery storage, EV charging, and low-carbon heat technologies.With a growing team and ambitious targets to deploy hundreds of megawatts of renewable energy assets across the UK by 2028, they offer a dynamic, mission-driven environment for professionals passionate about clean energy innovation.Job Summary:The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for managing contracts from Letter of Intent through to Signed Contract stage, supported by a team of technical assistants and paralegals. The role requires close collaboration with external law firms and internal teams.Key Job Responsibilities:Creating offers for clients using inputs from various team membersBuilding strong working relationships with key client stakeholders to reach consensus on contracts and maintain project momentum/unblock projectsArticulating and presenting commercial principles to client stakeholdersNegotiating basic commercial principles with client teams and assisting in closing dealsObtaining relevant information and engaging legal firms at the appropriate time to progress contractsReporting on contract progress from signed Letter of Intent to contract closeNegotiating legal terms and issues in conjunction with external law firm
