Lead Service ManagementSalary: Up to £65,000 + benefitsLocation: London Victoria (2 days per week onsite)Security Clearance: Must be eligible for SC Clearance We are seeking a Service Management Lead to join a growing technology consultancy delivering complex digital, cloud, and integration services across enterprise environments. This role will lead service delivery and security operations, ensuring high levels of performance, governance, and customer satisfaction across critical systems and services. You will manage and support technical teams, oversee incident and change management processes, and act as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.Key RequirementsStrong experience in Service Delivery / Service Management environmentsGood understanding of ITIL practices, particularly Incident and Change ManagementExperience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNowKnowledge of cloud technologies, ideally AWSExposure to DevOps tooling and CI/CD environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsLeadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative consulting environment, working on large-scale technology programmes with clear progression opportunities.
