Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 software engineers across multiple development projects • Follow and oversee Scrum methodologies. • Oversee project delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met while managing risks and resources • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Skills and Experience Required: • Strong leadership experience managing software development teams within an electronic/embedded systems environment • Previous hands-on experience with software design and development in C, C++, C# etc. With an understanding of embedded and cloud services. • Expertise in Scrum methodologies Bonus Relevant Skills • Familiarity with microcontroller architectures and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, TCP/IP, USB, RS232, etc.) Further Details: This role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the office.
