Are you experienced in administration and interested in working within the financial services sector? Are you customer focussed with a good aptitude to learn?We are recruiting for an established and growing financial services employer who are expanding their key team members.This role is vital to ensuring excellent service for advisers and clients alike. DAY TO DAY:Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, opening and closing accounts, responding to queries Setting up accounts on platform, dealing with access requests First point of contact for a range of customer and adviser communicationsEfficiently managing requests while maintaining high standards in compliance and qualityYou''ll need to be proactive, comfortable with data processing and have excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in this client-facing roleA willingness to learn more about investments, ISAs, and SIPPsTraining on platform knowledge and investment products will be provided, so an interest or basic understanding is beneficialWE WOULD LIKE TO SEE: Previous experience in administration or client services, ideally within financial servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsProactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learnAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of platform processes, ISAs, and SIPPs is advantageous, but not essentialAND FOR YOU:Discretionary bonus9% pension contribution in to pension25 day
