My client seeks an CAD Design Engineer to take a key role in developing electrical schematics, control panels and wiring systems. This role offers technical variety, hands-on collaboration with manufacturing teams, and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and product innovation. What you ll do Create detailed electrical schematics, panel layouts and wiring diagrams in EPLAN Pro Panel, Training is provided to get you up to speed Produce project documentation (BOMs, cable schedules, terminal plans) Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams Support manufacturing with technical input and design queries Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC/UL/EN) Participate in design reviews and improvement initiatives What you ll bring Proven CAD design experience Strong understanding of electrical systems and industrial automation Ability to interpret standards and apply best practice Strong problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (advantageous) Why join? £43k £55k salary + annual bonus Structured training
