THE ROLE Following SOPs to ensure that products are manufactured to the specifications outlined in documented standards. Ensuring safe and efficient machine changeovers. Monitoring and controlling yields, stock, and ingredients within your work area to optimise production and minimise waste. Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and efficiency throughout all tasks. Package finished food products according to specified packaging standards. Label and seal packaging correctly to prevent contamination and ensure traceability. Inspect the products for defects THE PERSON Demonstrable experience in food or FMCG production environments. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and reliable approach to work, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
