We are working with a growing BMS specialist who are looking to appoint a Service / Operations Manager to take responsibility for their service division.

The business currently operates with a small team of engineers and has clear plans for growth, making this a key role within the company.

Role

You will oversee the day-to-day running and development of the service function, with responsibility for both current operations and future expansion.

• Managing and supporting a team of BMS service engineers
• Planning and coordinating PPM and reactive maintenance works
• Developing and improving service delivery processes
• Supporting recruitment as the team grows
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients
• Working closely with senior management on operational improvements
