Learning and Development Manager
Robert Half are working with a leading business in the Energy Sector who is looking for a Learning andamp; Development Manager.This is a newly created Learning andamp; Development Manager role within a fast-growing business. While the HR function is well established, Landamp;D is the clear gap, and this hire represents a significant investment in building capability across the business.The role is highly visible and hands-on, with responsibility for designing and delivering Landamp;D from scratch, rather than inheriting an existing framework. There is strong buy-in from senior leadership and the wider business, with appetite to significantly increase training beyond the current limited offering.Location: West LondonWorking pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the officeKey ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted learning partner to senior leaders and Heads of DepartmentIdentify organisational, team and individual capability gapsDesign and personally deliver engaging soft-skills and management development programmesOwn the coordination of technical and role-specific training, partnering with internal subject-matter expertsIdentify and embed cross-skilling opportunities across teamsBuild and implement succession planning frameworksDevelop learning pathways for early-career and graduate populationsSupport and upskill internal trainers and facilitatorsCreate, track and report on company-wide Landamp;D objectives and outcomesMeasure the effectiveness of learning interventions and continu
