If you like being active, pay attention to detail, and thrive in a team focused environment, this could be an excellent fit for you.Below is a list of some of the responsibilities you will be tasked with as the Machine Shop Operative/Semi Skilled Operator: Loading materials into CNC machinery and supporting general machining tasks. Operating saws, selecting suitable blades, and checking cut parts for accuracy. Using grinding, fettling, and other hand tools to prepare or finish components. Working from engineering drawings to carry out fabrication related tasks. Running equipment such as press-brakes, rollers, or other fabrication machinery. Deburring, cleaning, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet required standards. Using drilling, tapping, shot blasting, or similar finishing equipment. Handling wet processes or chemical dips as part of finishing operations. Operating press machinery and working with progression tooling when required. Completing occasional basic data entry linked to production activities.We''re looking for a
