Niyaa People are working with a local social housing charity in Birmingham who are looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join their team on a temporary basis.Benefits of the Fire Risk Assessor role: 33- 35 per hour Opportunity of your contract being extendedOpportunity to be made permanent Hybrid working opportunities Responsibilities of the Fire Risk Assessor role include:Conducting and reviewing Fire Risk Assessments across residential properties Maintaining accurate records and reports of all assessments and inspections conducted Providing any advice and guidance to the internal team and staff in regards to fire safetyOverseeing fire safety compliance including audits, post fire inspections and evacuation strategiesKey skills needed for the Fire Risk Assessor role are;Experience working within residential properties and communicating with tenantsLevel 4 fire risk assessment qualification Strong knowledge of conducting and auditing Fire Risk AssessmentsA full UK driving license and access to a vehicleUnderstanding and writing reports of any assessments completedWe are keen to see CVs from Fire Risk Assessors, Fire Safety Advisors and Fire Safety Consultants.
