This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in finance administration who is looking to take ownership of key accounting processes within a busy and supportive environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of day to day finance operations, supporting the Finance Manager and wider business through accurate financial processing, reporting and reconciliations. As an Accounts Assistant, you will: Process and manage high volumes of purchase invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approvals. Raise and issue sales invoices while maintaining accurate customer records. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, supplier statements and key balance sheet accounts. Monitor outstanding debtors and support credit control activities to improve cash flow. Process employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist with month end and year end finance activities. Prepare financial reports and Excel based analysis for management. Maintain accurate financial records and support finance administration across the business. Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
