– Experience scaling a business from £40M to £100M+ or driving substantial commercial growth.Innovation and RandD Expertise

– A track record of leading product development in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment. Ideally this will be from an established technology sector rather than Start-Up businesses/products.Strategic and Commercial Acumen

– Strong PandL responsibility, market expansion experience, and the ability to future-proof a business. Experience with budgets of over £50million.Technology Sector Experience

– Knowledge of the technology sector and how to grow these businesses with established products and paying customers.Stakeholder Management
