The Software Engineering Manager will oversee multiple projects, guiding the team in design, development, testing, and delivery of mission-critical software, including flight computers for missiles with elevated safety requirements. You will focus on people leadership, mentoring engineers, fostering collaboration, and ensuring projects meet schedule, quality, and technical standards.
