About Us:We are a well-established, family-owned contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance works in occupied social housing properties across South London. We take pride in our community-first approach and our reputation for respectful, resident-focused service.The Role:As a Resident liaison officer, you ll be the key link between our site teams and the residents we serve. Your role will be to ensure that all residents are fully informed and supported throughout planned works minimising disruption and maintaining a positive experience. Responsibilities: Understand the works, programme and scope of works.Provide site reports and updates for client and site management.Prepare and distribute all communications to residents.Establish a resident s charter, maintain files, keep a log of complaints and any query s that would come in.Compile, devise and implement procedures and administration to compliment your role.Be available for residents meetings, and meetings with the client as and when.Site me
