Job Title: Wayleave WardenStart date: ASAPEnd date: December 2026Rate: £425 p/d (inside IR35)Location: Central Belt, ScotlandField-based Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wayleave Warden to assist with obtaining and managing permissions (wayleaves) for utility works on private and public land. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company, landowners, and local authorities to ensure all necessary approvals are in place for project execution.Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess locations requiring wayleave agreements.Engage with landowners, tenants, and stakeholders to negotiate access.Record and maintain accurate data related to permissions and agreements.Conduct site visits to assess land conditions and ensure compliance.Support project teams in resolving access or wayleave-related issues.Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Good communication and negotiation skills.Basic understanding of land access, property boundaries, and utility works.Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites.Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.Valid driving license (if fieldwork is required).
