Health and Safety Consultant
Home-based with travel across London / Southeast Region
Salary: Up to -55,000 plus car allowance + benefits

Irwin and Colton have been engaged by one of the UK''s largest FTSE250 Commercial real estate organisations to help them identify a Health and Safety Consultant. The dedicated Health and Safety Consultant will provide expert risk management and compliance support across diverse commercial property portfolios. This role involves delivering targeted assessments and audits to ensure client sites meet all safety regulations and standards, promoting a robust safety culture.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Consultant will include:

• Conduct health and safety risk assessments across multiple sites in London and the Southeast.
• Perform health and safety risk assessments, environmental compliance audits, fire risk assessments, and fire evacuation drills.
• Develop and review emergency and site-specific safety plans.
• Support clients in achieving compliance with relevant safety legislation.
• Identify new service opportunities and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.

The successful Health and Safety Consultant will have:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Recognised fire risk assessment qualification or NEBOSH Fire Certificate.
• Proven experience in property or facilities management health and safety.
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with a range of external stakeholders and
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
