Circa £80,000 (flexible DOE)Package Includes:10% annual bonusProfit share scheme10% pension contributionPrivate Medical Insurance (PMI)And more...The RoleThis is a hybrid role combining project management and business analysis, focused on delivering high-quality data products across the delegated insurance model. You’ll work closely with MGAs, TPAs, and internal stakeholders (CUO, CAO, CFO, Compliance) to ensure data is collected, transformed, and delivered accurately and consistently.You’ll be the bridge between business and engineering — managing backlogs, refining requirements, and helping shape the data journey from ingestion to insight.What You’ll Be DoingLead agile delivery across a small data engineering teamTranslate business requirements into technical deliverablesManage stakeholder relationships and data contracts with MGAsOversee backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and risk managementEnsure data quality and consistency across Snowflake-based platformsCollaborate with a sister data team in FranceWhat We’re Looking For5–10 years’ experience in data-focused PM/BA roles (flexible)Strong understanding of insurance data modelsExperience with SQLSnowflake knowledge desirableAgile/Scrum/Kanban delivery experienceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with delegated authority models and bordereaux management (desirable)The TeamYou’ll report into the COO and work alongside three data engineers, with occasional collaboration with global data team.Ready to make an impact in a data-driven insurance environment?Apply now or reach out for a confidential chat.
