General Handyman / Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

We’re looking for a reliable, multi-skilled General Handyman / Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team and work on a high-profile commercial site. You’ll be responsible for delivering first-class building and fabric maintenance in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys a varied workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties.

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

• Undertake reactive and planned fabric maintenance, including:

  • Doors, locks, ceilings, and flooring

  • Tiling, basic carpentry, and general finishes

• Ensure all work is compliant with health & safety regulations.

• Proactively identify and report maintenance issues.

• Manage tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman, Fabric Maintenance Engineer, or similar role.

• Strong skills in general maintenance trades: plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, decorating.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills.

• Valid UK driving licence preferred.
