Responsibilities Lead the delivery of structural engineering projects across multiple sectors Manage resources and contribute to project programming Apply knowledge of CDM regulations, technical standards, and best practice Produce analysis, design work, and clear technical reports Represent the consultancy at client and project meetings Mentor and support junior engineers Contribute to business growth through quality delivery and client service What You ll Need Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience MEng, BEng, BSc, HNC, or HND in Engineering (chartered or working towards with IStructE or ICE) Strong skills in Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, AutoCAD, and ideally REVIT Competent user of MS Office and structural analysis software Experience managing projects, with good organisational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships What s in it for me?
