Finance Operations Administrator

We are currently looking for a forward thinking Finance Operations administrator to join one of the UK''s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms. The role will require you to perform a range of tasks within the Finance Operations Team to ensure that any requests are dealt with in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with the Company''s service level agreements. Main Responsibilities - Enter all procuration fees into the CRM system Conduct weekly analysis of procuration fees Perform weekly reconciliation of procuration returns Post journals using NetSuite Reconcile monthly credit card statements Manage monthly admin charges Oversee expense management processes Schedule mortgage and protection reviews Prepare corporate lead data reports Perform CRM data cleaning and maintenance Upload data to internal systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Generate business reports as required Reconcile introducer payments
