Hays are working with an "Outstanding" 11-16 SEMH residential school who are seeking a committed and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a young person with significant learning needs. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, resilient, and passionate about helping pupils access meaningful learning experiences in a way that keeps them safe, engaged, and supported. You will work on a 1:1 basis with a male pupil who requires a high level of supervision due to significant learning needs and risk-management considerations. This role requires someone who can provide consistent structure, reassurance, and safe guidance throughout the school day and beyond.
