Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Events. Youll work with department heads to ensure smooth operations, high standards, and excellent guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day operations to deliver consistent service excellencePromote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfactionMonitor KPIs and drive performance improvementsOversee event delivery and group bookingsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlEnsure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and brand standardsSupport staff training and developmentAbout You:Previous experience in a senior role within a hotel or events spaceStrong FandB backgroundStrong leadership, communication, and people management skillsCommercially aware with a focus on resultsService-driven with a hands-on, problem-solving approachAdaptable, organised, and thrives under pressure
