SG Personnel are working with a market leading printing company in Newcastle, who are looking to recruit a Digital Print Finishing Supervisor to work on a permanent basis. Duties will include: Oversee daily operations on a busy shop floor Monitor and adjust assignments to optimise productivity Prepare and manage daily work schedules to meet deadlines Supervise and monitor staff adherence to quality controls Track and report on staff sickness and downtime Develop, implement and adhere to operating procedures The successful candidate must have: Previous supervisory experience Strong working background in the industry Ability to communicate strongly Exceptional organisation skills Flexibility to working patterns Strong attention to detail This role is a weekly rotating days and backshift pattern working as below. Week 1: Tuesday to Thursday, 5.45am-5pm. Friday, 5.45am-12pm Week 2: Tuesday to Thursday, 12pm-10.30pm. Friday, 10am-6pm Salary will be confirmed at screening stage.
