It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.As a Night Coordinator , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:Handle and coordinate all room service request from guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Act as the main point of contact between guests and various hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address any issues or special requests.Process and manage room service orders, including taking orders, preparing trays, and ensuring proper delivery according to the outlets Service SOPs, and LQA Standards for each meal period.Monitor and manage inventory levels of room service supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for use.
