We re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Midworth Street, a supported living project in Mansfield town centre. This role is all about empowering individuals with mental health conditions and additional complex needs, such as substance misuse or distress behaviours, to live independently, make informed choices, and enjoy fulfilling lives. We use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to support each person s journey. Whether you''re experienced in social care or looking to start your journey in the sector, we offer the training and support to help you thrive. About the Service Midworth Street offers supported living for up to 2 4 years, helping people build the skills and confidence to move on. We also provide outreach support to individuals living in their own homes in and around Mansfield. This is a 24-hour service, operating 7 days a week. Shifts include: 7:00am 2:30pm 2:30pm 10:00pm 10:00pm 7:00am (waking nights) Weekend availability is essential. The project is accessible via public transport, but you ll need to be able to get to the site for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
