About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the rail industry, looking for a reliable and hands-on Mechanical Assembly Operative to join their HVAC department.

Key Responsibilities

• Dismantling and preparing HVAC units for assembly.
• Assisting with basic fitting of replacement and new parts.
• Supporting insulation repairs and other assembly-related tasks.
• Maintaining workshop areas and equipment, following all health & safety procedures.

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience in a factory or production environment.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Good practical ability and comfortable using hand tools.
• Strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
