Due to company growth, we are looking for three experienced Production Supervisors to join a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Banbury, on a full time, permanent basis. This role is responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in delivering daily production targets while maintaining strong standards across health and safety, food safety and team performance. As Production Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee production activities, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently throughout the shift.
