What You''ll Be DoingThe roles primary focus will be on developing new and maintaining formulations, quality testing all raw materials as they come in and assisting production as needed. You will also be expected to help plan pilot plants and scale up operations to be handed over to the production facility and investigate customer complaints as they arise.
