This role is central to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the business.The successful candidate will play a key role in the standards room, overseeing inspection processes, managing quality systems, and ensuring all products meet required specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the smooth running of the standards room and quality processesProgram and operate CNC CMM equipment using PC-DMIS softwareGenerate quality reports and documentation for completed jobsApprove and sign off quality plans and related activitiesManage calibration and maintenance of all quality equipmentMaintain and enforce quality policies and proceduresConduct internal audits of processes and systemsRaise and manage internal and external NCRs, supporting 8D problem solvingMaintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the standards roomCommunicate any quality issues or risks to the management teamSupport other departments as requiredEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsRequirementsEssential:Minimum 3 years'' experience in a Quality Inspector or similar roleONC/HNC in Production Engineering or equivalentStrong experience with CMM programming and PC-DMIS softwareGood knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards (nuclear sta
