Claims Handler / Senior Claims Handler - Property Claims Job Market Insurance Claims Claims Handler / Senior Claims Handler - Property Claims About the role My client are currently recruiting for Claims Handlers / Senior Claims Handlers to join their growing Client Claims Teams. This role is open to experienced Claims Handlers but also to individuals with a strong customer service background. Claims Handler / Senior Claims Handler - Property Claims Key duties Take ownership of a portfolio of claims to allow for efficient and effective handling of those claims from first instruction until completion of the building repairs and/or drying/restoration. Building relationships with key stakeholders including our clients and suppliers and ensuring strong communication throughout. Claim opening Secondary notification of loss Supplier allocation First point of contact for customers Effective stakeholder communication both internal and external Inbound and outbound call handling Keeping claims systems updated Handling low level complaints to ensure quick resolution Ensuring Data is handled responsibly and is compliant with GDPR Supporting and offering guidance to suppliers Effective Claim Management Claims Handler / Senior Claims Handler - Property Claims - Key requirements Cert CII or similar and/or happy to work towards a relevant qualification Strong communication Skills and comfortable in building relationships Experience within a Customer Service Environment Good Organisatio
