We are looking for an experienced and qualified Lift Engineer to join our team, covering the M25 and Home Counties. The role involves the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of lifts and escalators in various commercial and residential buildings. Responsibilities

Carry out installation, servicing, and repairs of passenger, goods, and platform lifts.

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimize downtime.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and complete repairs promptly.

Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations, including LOLER and PUWER standards.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and apprentices.

Complete all relevant documentation and reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years'' experience as a lift engineer.

NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification (essential).

Extensive knowledge of lift systems, including traction and hydraulic lifts.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Full UK driving license.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices.
