You''ll manage a talented team that keeps the people connected, productive, and supported.Responsibilities: Leading and inspiring a Digital Workplace Support Team to deliver an exceptional end-user experience.Making sure laptops, mobiles, collaboration tools, and meeting room tech all just work when people need them.Driving upgrades, patching, and improvements across desktop and device management platforms.Partnering with Service Desk and wider Tech teams to boost first-time fix rates and streamline processes.Rolling up your sleeves to provide technical expertise when it matters most.Training, mentoring, and sharing knowledge to build a stronger, smarter team.
